Payments
​We kindly ask for payment via bank transfer at least 24 hours prior to each session. For clients covered by insurance, we can directly invoice your provider where this service is supported.

Attending sessions is key to maximising your progress. You may cancel with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; however, the full session fee applies for cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours.
For insurance-funded clients, cancellation fees are not typically covered, making you personally responsible for these costs.

​Attending sessions is vital for your progress. You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the full fee applies, except in agreed exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies).​

Confidentiality and Data Protection
​Your privacy is paramount. All information is kept confidential under HCPC guidelines and GDPR, shared only with your consent or as legally required, and stored securely.

Appointment Duration and Preparation​
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, designed to maximise your benefit. Please arrive prepared, such as completing any pre-session questionnaires, to enhance our work together.
